Introducing a newly engineered closed molding machine that features a specialized high-efficiency cooling system, specifically designed for aluminum modules. This advanced cooling technology ensures optimal temperature control during the molding process, enhancing overall product quality.

The production line is equipped with a high-speed, high-output single-screw extrusion machine that utilizes a professional-grade corrugated pipe extrusion mold. This setup guarantees superior performance and consistency in manufacturing corrugated pipes.

Our interchangeable modules are crafted from top-quality LY12 alloy aviation aluminum, which contains 5% copper. This material choice offers excellent strength and outstanding resistance to corrosion, ensuring durability and long service life.
