Product Description:
The double wall corrugated pipe line is the 3rd generation of the improved product of Shandong HUASU. The output of the extruder and the production speed of the pipe are greatly increased by 20-40% compared with the previous product.
Online belling can be achieved to ensure the performance of the formed corrugated pipe products. The production line adopts Siemens PLC system for efficient control and management.

Easy and quick changeover between different sizes of moulds. Toolings (moulds) compatible with different production lines. Seamless transition between various mould sizes is facilitated, with toolings that are compatible across diverse production lines.
The complete extrusion line runs full-automatically. The entire extrusion line operates in a fully automated manner, streamlining the production process.
Corrugator and extruders are synchronously controlled. The corrugator and extruders are synchronized in their operation, ensuring coordinated and efficient performance.
